Hannah CASA Qualification
Helen completed her CASA Optometry course in 2023. As a result she is able to provide 1h long visual assessment appointments for pilots requiring renewal or changes to licenses. The following tests will be completed, and the appropriate documentations and reports will be filled on the online portal:
- Visual acuity: with & without correction, distance and near.
- Contrast sensitivity.
- Colour vision testing.
- Visual field assessment.
- Dilated fundus assessment.
- Anterior ocular health assessment.
- Ocular coherence topography.
- Wide-field retinal photography.
- Prescription of the required and appropriate eyewear.
Please note this examination type is not covered under Medicare.
